About the Group
Nayeb Holding is a family group founded and led by Soheil Nayeb. Each subsidiary keeps its operational independence, while strategy, brand and resource allocation are coordinated at holding level.
The company responsible for each activity is known in advance: Surna Sepehr Mandegar, Zaban Danan Ayande, Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam or the holding itself.
Vteemo and Zabandon were neither acquired nor outsourced; both the idea and the design were done by Soheil Nayeb.
