Areas of Activity
What Nayeb Group delivers
Six areas of activity that together form a complete cycle: from holding management and platform development to trade, exhibitions and investment.
Area of activity 01
Holding Management and Group Leadership
Three subsidiaries under a single strategic framework: coordinated decisions and transparent board seats.
Nayeb Holding is the guardian of the group's integrity. Surna Sepehr Mandegar, Zaban Danan Ayande and Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam each retain their operational independence, while their resources, brand name and strategic direction are coordinated at the holding level.
The board composition of these companies is deliberately cross-disciplinary: computer science, business management, psychology, English literature and economics. This diversity ensures that financial and product decisions are never left to a single point of view.
What we do
- Strategic alignment of the three subsidiaries
- Unifying the platform and brand portfolio
- Oversight of board seats and composition
- Allocating funds across companies
- Regular reporting to investors
What you receive
- Strategic framework and division of authority
- Reporting structure and minutes
- Annual resource allocation plan
- A unified brand and shared group identity
Area of activity 02
Developing and running digital platforms
Vteemo and Zabandon: two platforms whose concept and design came from inside the Group.
Both platforms were conceived and designed by Soheil Nayeb, founder and CEO of Nayeb Holding. Surna Sepehr Mandegar owns Vteemo and Zaban Danan Ayande owns Zabandon — so product ownership and company ownership go hand in hand, and product decisions are never handed to anyone outside the group.
Each platform has its own independent investor base: Vteemo is backed by Soheil Nayeb, Majid Nayeb and Aaliye Nayeb, while Zabandon is backed by Sina Nayeb, Majid Nayeb, Mohammad Nayeb and Aaliye Nayeb. This separation lets the growth path of each product be measured on its own.
What we do
- Ideation and product design
- Platform launch and maintenance
- Managing ownership of the two subsidiaries
- An independent investor portfolio for each platform
- Technical coordination between the two products
What you receive
- A live platform on its own domain
- The ownership structure and investors behind each product
- Product development roadmap
- Performance reports to the owning company
Area of activity 03
Language education and the Zabandon platform
Zabandon, the language-learning platform of Zaban Danan Ayande, backed by expertise in psychology and academic counseling.
Zaban Danan Ayande runs the Zabandon platform on the Zabandon.com domain. It is the only company in the Group whose board and inspector composition is tied directly to its educational mission: psychology and academic counseling, family counseling and English literature.
Majid Nayeb, who holds a doctorate in psychology and educational counseling, chairs the board, while Aaliye Nayeb — with a doctorate in psychology and family counseling — and Mohammad Nayeb — with a doctorate in English literature — inspect the company. In other words, the educational quality of the product is judged by people who themselves hold doctorates in these fields.
What we do
- Launching and running the Zabandon platform
- Academic oversight of learning content
- Specialist review by members holding doctorates in psychology and literature
- Educational and family counseling
- Growing Zabandon on the Zabandon.com domain
What you receive
- The Zabandon platform at Zabandon.com
- A framework for academic oversight of content
- Audit records and board reports
- Educational product development plan
Area of activity 04
Import and export of goods
Trade through Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam: buying and selling domestic and foreign goods.
Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam works in the export and import of domestic and foreign goods. The process has three stages: identifying the market and supplier, handling transit and customs formalities, and delivery to the buyer at destination.
Jalil Nayeb, the company's CEO, holds a doctorate in financial and economic consulting and is also a liaison for the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology. This link to the country's scientific establishment means the company's deals go beyond pure trade and tie into development projects as well.
What we do
- Exporting Iranian products to foreign markets
- Importing goods the country needs
- Customs clearance and transit
- Identifying suppliers and buyers
- Cooperation with science and technology projects
What you receive
- Trade contract with clear terms
- Shipping documents and customs formalities
- Procurement plan and delivery schedule
- Pricing and destination-market report
Area of activity 05
Hosting international exhibitions
One of Hamiyan Tejarat's notable achievements: international exhibitions held abroad.
Holding an international exhibition abroad means doing three things at once: introducing domestic manufacturers to the destination market, providing a hall and a physical platform for display, and connecting exhibitors with foreign buyers.
These exhibitions are run under Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam and act as a bridge between the company's trading business and its development projects; after the exhibition, participants can continue the same trade path with the company itself.
What we do
- Designing and planning exhibitions abroad
- Recruiting domestic exhibitors and producers
- Introductions to foreign buyers and visitors
- Venue and equipment coordination
- Continued cooperation after the exhibition
What you receive
- Schedule and exhibitor list
- An exhibition space ready for display
- Contact list and referred buyers
- Post-event report
Area of activity 06
Investment in developed projects
Financing for mature and development projects, not dreams; with a long-term view and risk management.
Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam invests heavily in developed projects. The focus is on ventures that have moved past the idea stage and have something to offer, not early-stage opportunities that still have no product.
The other side of the group's investment sits inside the platforms themselves: Vteemo has three investors and Zabandon has four, and those names are listed individually on the investors page. No share or return figures are published on this site — only real participants.
What we do
- Large-scale investment in developed projects
- Funding for Vteemo and Zabandon
- Evaluation before joining any project
- Long-term partnership, not speculation
- Transparent reporting to partners
What you receive
- Initial project assessment
- Investment agreement document
- Regular performance reports
- A transparent ownership structure
How we work
Five steps to starting a collaboration
Our process is transparent: at the end of every stage you know exactly where things stand and what comes next.
-
Understanding the request
We review your request, match it against the group's areas of activity and clarify which subsidiary is responsible.
-
Identify the responsible company
Deciding which party follows up: Nayeb Holding, Surna Sepehr Mandegar, Zaban Danan Ayande or Hamiyan Tejarat Mehrkhonam.
-
Designing the framework
Setting out the terms of cooperation, each party's responsibilities, the timeline and the success metrics in a single clear document.
-
Execution and monitoring
Work is carried out by the responsible company, with periodic reports to the holding and, where needed, to the investors.
-
Handover and reporting
Deliver the output, summarize the results and log any potential follow-up requests for the next stage.
